Cyclone Circus: Power Sail Racing

The earth’s natural resources will be depleted by 2078. Massive CO2 emissions have occurred, and fossil fuel reserves are depleted. Many countries have vanished due to global warming and rising sea levels. Fortunately, extreme weather patterns have emerged, and wind has transformed into an endless resource with tremendous speeds. Humanity has evolved and now uses the mighty wind as a mode of transportation, building vehicles to take advantage of it. In addition, The International Racing League is organized, a racing event in which speed is determined by wind control. This is where you come into play. Cyclone Circus is a racing game where you can compete against 9 computer opponents or another player in dual-screen mode. The cars have an exotic and futuristic design, and each vehicle has a plasma sail that you must use as effectively as possible. Using the wind to your advantage, you can collect many bonuses and power-ups to propel you ahead of your opponents. Each level has a distinct setting and atmosphere and several particular jump sites and bonus areas where you can perform special tricks to earn extra points. There are ten characters, nine courses with shortcuts, and eight trick levels based on ramps and flight routes.
